Toyota will pull more than 1.35 million Vitz and two other models globally to undergo the repairing to the seatbelt, a component in the gas system discarded or both of them.
In Japan, the model that was pulled achieved 525,898 units that included Vitz, Belta and Ractis during the production year from January 2005 to April 2008, said Toyota in his notification letter to the ministry of the Japanese transport. Recalled same will be carried out towards 830,000 Vitz units, and Belta that were exported to Europe, North America and the other market.
