Although BMW Indonesia declares its focus on personal use for Series 5, yet still, the purchase of fleet for the company or agency becomes the backbone of the sale of this business sedan.
Jodie O'Tania, Vice President of Corporate Communications at BMW Indonesia, acknowledged the purchase of corporate fleet into a backbone for Series 5. This is also supported by the BMW Bussiness Alliance program to meet the company's vehicle operational requirements, or transportation business.
"So this is a special service to cover those needs (corporate fleet). Problem comparison (the percentage of personal and fleet purchases) BMW is a premium brand, currently still focused (for) personal needs are used for everyday activities, "said Jodie (12/7/2017).
