German manufacturer BMW AG. decided to produce a concept car Vision Efficient Dynamics (Ved). the claimed super-efficient vehicles has a light weight thanks to the development of carbon fiber by BMW and will be used for most of the chassis.
For the source of the driving, this car is expected to get a hybrid system that combines engine-powered three-cylinder 1.5 liter 181 PS with two electric motors powered each with 93 PS. Will use a dual clutch transmission.
Hybrid system will provide four-wheel drive system, but BMW also plans to offer a variant of pure electric-powered, which means only the rear wheel. In addition, with encouragement from three engine, the car is expected to accelerate from 0-100 km / h in under four seconds. With the distance to 400 kilometers, its fuel consumption reaches 21 km / liter.
